I just wanted to take a moment to point out something good. All too often I complain about things, so I thought it would be a nice switch.
iTunes has the most fantastic customer service I have had the pleasure of dealing with in recent memory. They were quick to respond, and since the problem has not yet been resolved, they are on top of the issue, keeping me updated on the status. Not only are they working to resolve my issue, they have given me a credit so that I may get another episode of a show free for my trouble.
This is all for an episode of Stargate Atlantis that was messed up earlier this week. The episode cost me 1.99 US. One dollar and nintey-nine cents gets me the best customer service I can remember.
Can you imagine how happy people would be with Dell or other major companies if they followed Apples example?
