I get a call today from a woman who has just come in to her place of business to discover an error on her screen.
She immediately called me, not bothering to oh, I don't know, maybe READ what the error said.
After freaking out for a minute, she managed to let me know that the error had an OK button.
"Have you tried clicking the OK button?"
"No, why would I do that?"
Gee, so your stupid ass wouldn't have to call and bother me? Nooo.
"Try pressing the OK button for me."
"Oh, now it's working!"
Must....resist....the...urge...to....scream.
